How to Choose the Right Diameter

To find the ideal hoop size:

Sit on a chair. Measure the distance from the seat to the top of your head. Add 10 cm. This measurement is your recommended hoop diameter. Larger hoops offer more space for movement, while smaller ones may feel restrictive.
