Our Return Policy
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your preferred method of payment.
Exceptions
Custom products are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
