Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our Website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Do not access or use the Website if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms.

1. Definitions
"Seller", "we", "us", "our" means Synergy Systems s.r.o., RaÄŤianska 88B, 831 02 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID: 52 057 003, Tax ID: SK2120875097.
"Website", "shop" means https://www.nimblezone.eu.
"Customer", "you", "user" refers to any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession who accesses and/or places an order via the Website.
"Product(s)" means the goods offered for sale on the Website.
"Contract" means the legally binding agreement concluded between you and us upon acceptance of your order.
2. Scope of Application
2.1 These Terms apply to all orders, sales, and deliveries of products made via the Website, including any communication with the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms as binding.
2.2 These Terms apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods concluded between the Seller and a natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter the "Customer" or "Buyer") via the Website.
2.3 These Terms also apply, with the necessary modifications, to legal entities and individuals acting within the scope of their business activity or profession, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 By accessing, browsing, or using the Website and/or by placing an order, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. If the Customer does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website and placing orders through it.
2.5 The Seller reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon their publication on the Website and shall apply to all orders placed after the effective date.
2.6 These Terms shall form an integral part of each purchase contract concluded through the Website, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Deviations from these Terms shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by the Seller.
3. Product Information
3.1 The Products offered for sale on the Shop are described in such a way as to enable the Customer to know their main characteristics, and in particular their specifications, illustrations, as well as their price. The Customer is obliged to read these details carefully before placing an order.
3.2. The choice and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.
3.3 In the case of handmade or artisanal goods, each product is individually crafted, which may result in slight variations in texture, color, shape, or finish. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness and value of such products and shall not be treated as defects or grounds for return under standard warranty provisions.
3.4 All products offered for sale are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use, modification, or commercial exploitation of the product.
3.5 Should the Customer have any questions regarding product specifications, usage, compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose, it is their responsibility to contact the Seller for clarification prior to making a purchase.
4. Prices and Taxes
4.1 All prices for goods displayed on the Website www.nimblezone.eu are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, but exclude delivery costs and customs fees.
4.2 Prices displayed on the Website are valid exclusively at the time of viewing and may be subject to change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of the Order, as indicated in the Order Confirmation, shall be deemed final and binding, unless a manifest pricing error has occurred. In the event of such an error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order and refund any payments received.
4.3 Promotional pricing, discount codes, or special offers are valid for the period explicitly stated or, if not specified, until withdrawn by the Seller. Such offers are non-transferable and may not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
4.4 In the event that an Order is subject to import duties, customs charges, or other taxes imposed by authorities outside the European Union, such charges shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during cross-border delivery.
4.5 The Buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the provision of accurate billing information during the ordering process, including any tax identification numbers where required. The Seller shall not be held liable for the consequences of any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the Buyer.
4.6 A proper invoice shall be issued and delivered electronically to the Buyer upon successful completion of the Order. Should the Buyer require a paper invoice or need to update invoice details post-purchase, they must contact the Seller promptly via the contact information provided on the Website.
5. Ordering Procedure
To place an order:
- Select your product and proceed to checkout.
- Submit your personal information and delivery details.
- Choose a payment method and confirm your order.
Your order constitutes a binding offer. You will receive an acknowledgment by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:
- Product unavailability.
- Errors in product description or pricing.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Breach of these Terms.
6. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
The Customer may pay by transferring the total amount due to the Seller's designated bank account. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. The order will be processed only upon full receipt of the payment. Depending on the Customer's bank, the transaction may take 2–3 business days to complete. Any bank service fees or intermediary charges shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer is required to indicate the order number as the payment reference.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available only within selected countries and regions, as specified during checkout. The Customer shall make payment in full to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
Payment by Card
The Seller accepts online payments made via major debit and credit cards, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Card payments are processed securely through a certified third-party payment gateway. The Customer's payment card will be charged at the time the order is placed. All card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuing card provider. If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order.
7. Delivery and Shipping
The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods to the Customer within a reasonable period, typically between 2 and 10 buisness days from the conclusion of the purchase contract, unless otherwise agreed. All orders shall be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. We are not liable for delivery delays beyond our control.
The Seller offers the following delivery methods:
a) GLS Courier Service
Parcels are delivered by GLS Slovakia and its affiliated entities within the EU. Standard delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the destination country. GLS provides parcel tracking and one re-delivery attempt in case of initial failure.
b) DHL Courier Service
The Customer may select DHL Express for expedited international delivery. DHL guarantees fast, reliable shipping with tracking and customer notification services. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination but typically range from 1 to 3 business days.
Products of substantial size or weight shall be delivered within the territory of Europe via the DHL Freight service. The choice of freight service shall be determined by the Seller based on the nature, dimensions, and weight of the goods, as well as the delivery destination.
c) National Postal Service
Delivery via the Slovak Post (Slovenská pošta) or equivalent international postal service may be selected for certain destinations. Standard postal shipping is typically slower than courier services and may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the country of delivery.
d) Packeta
Parcels are delivered by Packeta and its affiliated entities within the Europe. Standard delivery times range from 4 to 8 business days depending on the destination country. Packeta offers comprehensive logistics network for both domestic and international shipping with a wide variety of pick-up points across Europe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination address, the selected shipping method and the final weight of the package. The applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at the checkout stage prior to the completion of the order.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following standard rates apply:
- Slovakia: 4€ - 9€ (depending on the final package weight)
- Czech Republic: 9€ – 14€ (depending on the final package weight)
- European Union (EU): 19€ – 59€ (depending on the final package weight)
- Non-European Union (Non-EU): 29€ – 79€ (depending on the final package weight)
- Worldwide: 49€ – 139€ (depending on the final package weight)
Please note that all shipping fees are subject to change and may vary based on courier rates and packaging requirements.
Estimated delivery times:
- Slovakia: 1-2 business days
- EU: 2-6 business days
- Non-EU: 3-9 business days
- Worldwide: up to 30 business days
Inspection Upon Delivery
The Customer is obliged to inspect the packaging and condition of the goods immediately upon receipt. In the event of visible damage, tampering, or incomplete delivery, the Customer must notify the courier immediately and document the issue. You need also to contact us in the next 48hours. Failure to report such issues at the time of delivery may affect the Customer's right to claim damages or request a replacement.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
8.1. Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and legislation, the Customer has a period of thirty (30) days after the date of delivery to withdraw from a purchase contract, without giving any reason or pay any penalty
8.2 To qualify for a return, the goods must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with all original documentation, accessories or any additional gifts.
8.3 The right of withdrawal is exercised using the withdrawal form available either in Appendix 1. The customer need to send the filled form to our email info@nimblezone.eu within the withdrawal period.
8.4. The customer need to ship the return to the designated address provided by the Seller. The Seller recommends the Buyer retains proof of postage until the return has been processed and confirmed.
8.4 Products that are damaged, used, soiled or incomplete will not be taken back.
8.6 If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be reimbursed, with the cost of returning the Product(s) remaining the responsibility of the Customer.
8.7 The refund will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product, by crediting the means of payment used for the purchase.
8.8 Refunds will include the cost of the goods and, where applicable, standard shipping charges. Any supplementary delivery costs resulting from the Buyer's choice of a non-standard method of delivery will not be reimbursed.
8.9 In the event that a product arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, the Seller will offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the item at no additional cost;
- Repair, where appropriate;
- Full or partial refund.
The Seller may request photographic evidence of the damage before approving the return or replacement.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are non-returnable, except in cases of proven defects or statutory warranty claims:
- Products that are custom-made or personalised in accordance with the consumer's specific instructions;
- Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly;
- Sealed items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
9. Complaints and Warranty Claims
Under applicable EU consumer rights, you are entitled to a legal warranty of 24 months for goods that are defective or not as described. In the case of complaints, contact us via email at info@nimblezone.eu and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images (if applicable)
For warranty claims, please complete the Complaint Form (see Annex).
Alternative dispute resolution
a) The Buyer has a right to contact the Seller for a remedy via e-mail to: info@nimblezone.eu or in writing to: Synergy Systems s.r.o., RaÄŤianska 88B, 831 02 Bratislava, Slovakia if he/she is not satisfied with how the claim was solved by the Seller or assumes that the Seller violated his/her rights. If the Seller refuses to respond to this request or does not respond within 30 days since the request was sent, the consumer has the right to submit an alternative dispute solution proposal to an alternative dispute resolution entity (ADR entity) according to the Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The ADR entities are bodies and authorized legal entities according to Section 3 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The consumer may submit the proposal in the manner specified according to Section 12 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
b) The Buyer can also submit a complaint through the Alternative Dispute Resolution ODR platform available online at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=EN
c) Alternative dispute resolution can only be used by a consumer - a natural person who, when concluding and fulfilling the consumer contract, does not act within the scope of their business, employment or occupation. Alternative dispute resolution relates only to the dispute between the consumer and the seller resulting from the consumer contract or related to the consumer contract. The alternative dispute resolution only applies to distance contracts.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy and Cookie Policies. We collect only the necessary data to process your order and improve your experience.

11. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our Website and are effective immediately upon posting. Orders placed prior to the changes remain governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase. You should revisit these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis as revised versions will be binding on you. You understand and agree that your continued access to or use of the Website after any posted modification to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modification.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by Slovak law. The competent courts in the Slovak Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.
